SAMUI LE RÊVE is located on the southern part of Koh Samui, slightly on the west from the geographical center of the island.
Samui is one of Thailand's largest islands, with an area of 228.7 km
2; and a population of 47,874 (2006) and is located in the Gulf of Thailand, about 35km northeast of Surat Thani town (9°N, 100°E).
It is surrounded by about sixty other islands, most of which comprise the Ang Thong National Marine Park, but also include other tourist destinations such as Koh Pha Ngan, Koh Tao and Koh Nang Yuan.
Its main appeal is its white beaches and warm sea, and it has plenty to choose from.
Samui also has a number of impressive temples and offers many tourist attractions such as the Big Buddha, The Grandmother and Grandfather rocks, the mountain jungle in the interior of the island, tropical gardens, impressive waterfalls, etc. (more in our
